- Introductory phone or zoom call – We use this call to ascertain if we are the right fit to serve your requirements effectively. Equally you might feel that we are not right for you
- Discovery – You complete a questionnaire that allows us to understand your circumstances. You can complete this questionnaire online in the comfort of your home, or if you prefer assistance you are welcome to complete it in our office
- Selecting Goals – Once we have your information we will discuss your long and short term goals
- Letter of Engagement – To solidify our commitment to your financial well-being, we issue a Letter of Engagement. This document outlines the scope of our services, the terms of our engagement, and our mutual responsibilities. It’s a clear roadmap for our partnership and ensures transparency from the outset. It is at this stage we discuss fees, as we will know what your plan entails. You can choose to pay a fee or offset commission against the costs, your options will be outlined in this letter.
- Analysis and Interpretation – This is where we begin to work, we collect information on your existing policies and we analyse them to see if you are on course for your future goals. If not we will identify alternative courses of action and present the advantages and disadvantages to you.
- Presenting the Financial Planning Recommendations – This is a collaborative process where we present our recommendations and together we craft a plan. Your input is invaluable, and we see ourselves as partners in your financial success. We encourage open dialogue and questions at every stage.
- Implementation of the Plan – We give you a step by step process to make the required changes. We ensure that you comprehend each phase of the financial planning process and guide you along the way.
- Ongoing Support: Our commitment doesn’t end with a meeting. We believe in the importance of continuous support. Annual review meetings give us the opportunity to update your plan and account for any changes during the year.
